The First time home buyer programs offered are:

Home To Own (Mortgage Revenue Bond Program) – This loan program offers a very low interest rate and is ideally suited for low and moderate income families. It is applicable for FHA, V.A., Conventional and FmHA Guaranteed Rural Housing Loans.

Qualifications:

• First time home buyer and the property chosen for purchase must be their primary residence.
• Income limits apply to qualify for this program.

ADFA's New American Dream Down payment Initiative - This loan program also offers assistance with down payments and is designed for lower-income families.

Qualifications:

• First time home buyers with low income levels or income which is 80% of area median income or less.
• Property chosen must be a single-family home.
