• The value of chosen property must fall within the limits set for this program.

Georgia Dream's First Mortgage – This loan program offers a low-interest rate mortgage loans for moderate income borrowers. The interest rate is fixed and the loan period is for 30 years.

Qualifications:
• Buyer income limits must fall within the limits set for this program
• The value of chosen property must fall within the limits set for this program
• The home must be the buyer’s primary residence

This loan program is applicable to FHA, VA, conventional or USDA/Rural Development loans.
