Delaware State Housing Authority provides first time home buyers with special programs. If eligible the program available for first time home buyers include:

Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Program – This program offers to low- and moderate-income home buyer a reduced interest rate.

Qualifications:

• Your income limits must fall within the criteria set for this program
• Loan property purchase price should also fall within the set limits

American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) – This program is available for buyer in Kent and Sussex counties. Down payment assistance is available for about 6% of the home price or $10000.
