Taxable First-Time Home Buyer - Under this program, first-time home buyers get low interest rates, but there is no constraint such as income limits or property cost limits.

Qualification:

· You must not have owed a home in the past three years.

· Properties that can be purchased using this loan program include single-family residences, condominiums, units within a PUD, duplexes, and Type I manufactured homes.
